WEP Graduation-July 15, 2013

On July 15, 2013, we celebrated another spectacular Immigrant Centre Workplace Entry Program (WEP) Graduation. We had students from various countries such as China, Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, India, Iran, Somalia, and Vietnam graduate from the WEP. The Workplace Entry Program graduates’ speeches were inspiring and heart-warming.

We were also fortunate to hear congratulatory speeches from Service Canada Programs Officer: Joy Moxam, our new Immigrant Centre President Cec Hanec, and the WEP Coordinating Teacher. Other special guests include Board Member: Deborah Harri and Safety Occupational Presenter:Erika Reiss (SAFE), along with Immigrant Centre staff. It was a wonderful event which gave the WEP students an opportunity to demonstrate their progressive fluency.

The Workplace Entry Program students are very special young Newcomers who have many talents and skills to celebrDSC04266ate and be proud of.  Congratulations, Immigrant Centre Workplace Entry Program Graduates!
