On October 5, 2012, the Workplace Entry Program(WEP) had a graduation at the Immigrant Centre. In attendance were the Programs Officer(Service Canada), staff members from Immigrant Centre(I.C.) and the Immigrant Women’s Counselling Centre(IWCS), and I.C. Board members. Jorge Fernandez(Settlement Services Manager on behalf of the Immigrant Centre and Linda Lalande-Executive Director) gave the WEP congratulatory speech. It was a wonderful celebration of the WEP graduates who spoke eloquently about their positive experiences at the Workplace Entry Program. Immigrant Centre President Keith Solmundson closed the graduation ceremony with words of praise and encouragement.
